Innovative tailor-made solutions for offshore applications

The PERROTIN Group is based in La Rochelle, on the French Atlantic coast. Created in 1986 and initially specializing in the design and manufacturing of automated machines PERROTIN AUTOMATION RAMO MS, it has since 1995 specialized in equipment for offshore applications through IMECA.
As such, IMECA provides the complete design and manufacturing of hydraulic / electric lifting and laying equipment such as pipe and riser A&R winches, deep water buoy winches, mooring equipment for FPSOs, pipe laying systems with tensioners.
Detailed engineering is carried out in Fontenay-le-Comte, while manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery are covered through two other IMECA’s production sites: one in Le Trait (COMETRA) for medium to large-sized equipment; the other in La Pallice Harbor (La Rochelle) for ultra-large sized equipment.
